Research & Policy
We have a great deal of experience of working in the creative sector. As a result of running programmes throughout the country we have gathered valuable information and data which can be used in forming new policy and programmes.
Most of our research is proactive and principally concerned with looking into the needs of businesses throughout the UK . We track their progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the services on offer. We make connections with the agencies and government departments concerned with delivering support and advise how services can be adjusted to meet the current need.
For example, in late 2009 we carried out a survey amongst creative businesses in Brighton to find out what kept them awake at night. This enabled us to devise a programme to meet these needs which we were subsequently commissioned by the local Business Link to deliver.
Our research services
We have a team of highly-skilled and knowledgeable researchers who can compile studies and surveys that yield real results. We are able to use research data effectively to create and inform public and private arts policy.
